DPS delivers documents in a variety of forms and combinations. This page describes the options we offer.

The DPS Portal

If you order documents often, we offer a free password-protected online portal for your added convenience. From your portal account you can instantly download your documents, place and track orders, and see at a glance your archive of previously ordered material.

About Our Electronic Document PDF Files

Our electronic documents are PDF files, prepared by scanning the corresponding physical documents using state-of-the-art (OCR) character recognition software. Each PDF file is bookmarked to allow easy location of specific information, ideal for complex litigation.

E-File Delivery (Download PDF)

When you select the E-file delivery option, DPS will email you a convenient link where you or your colleagues can download the file(s). You can freely share this link with colleagues for speedy document delivery without email security concerns or attachment file-size limits.

CD-ROM

We send you a CD-ROM containing your PDF file(s). Each CD-ROM lists all the included PDF file(s) for easy reference.

Paper

Our state-of-the-art print facility allows us to deliver high-quality paper copies of your requested documents and gives us the ability to handle the largest print jobs in a timely manner. We always use recycled paper. Each order is neatly organized and tabbed, with the contents of the order clearly marked in the package.
